Our standards for sourcing, evidence labels, corrections and AI-assisted editing.

Evidence before publication

We prioritise original publisher and platform announcements for release dates, availability and product details. Supporting reporting is attributed and linked where available. Readers should be able to distinguish what a source says from our interpretation.

Understanding our labels

Official identifies information from an official source. It does not mean our site is an official Rockstar publication. Confirmed Report identifies corroborated reporting. Analysis is interpretation. Rumor is unconfirmed and should not be treated as fact.

Corrections

Send corrections to contact@gtaworldnews.com with the article URL and supporting evidence. Material factual changes should carry an update or correction note explaining what changed.

AI assistance and images

AI tools may help research, draft and edit articles or produce illustrative artwork. Editorial review is required before publication. Generated illustrations are not evidence of gameplay, official screenshots or announced features. Sources and factual claims still require verification.

Original work and commercial independence

We do not publish stolen game files, private information or pirated downloads. Quotations and third-party material must respect rights and attribution. Advertising, sponsored content and affiliate links must be clearly identified. Commercial relationships do not determine editorial conclusions.
